1957 Ford fairlane 500 Two Door Hardtop
Description
I am selling my 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 that I had shipped from Arizona. It has an older restoration but still runs and looks good.Ford outsold Chevrolet in 1957 and I see why.The 57 ford has beautiful lines, low and wide and turning heads everywhere it goes.I was told by the previous owner that the engine and transmission had been rebuilt and the car spent it's entire life out west.Judging by the way it looks and runs,I have no problem believing that.It doesn't leak or burn oil.It has plenty of power and the transmission shifts smooth and on time.It has a very small rust place on the floorboard but should be expected out of a 60 year old car.It doesn't appear that any floorboard repair has ever been done and what little bit it has is not bad enough to worry about.Just drive it and be proud of it. If you want it to look like a show car,you would have to have it painted but it looks great now as a driver. If it was a show car, this car would cost you around 30,000.That is NADA high retail value.I am letting it go well under average retail so it will make you a wise investment. It will only gain value in time.I am retired and motivated to sell and am ready to let someone else own this Classic so you will be getting this car for thousands under book price..If you are looking for a classic car, what better car to buy than this 57 Ford Fairlane 500.This car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the listing early providing it doesn't reach reserve.Thank you and good luck bidding.Sorry,Bidders with 0 feedback will be deleted!
