1953 Ford F-100 by Petrucci Performance

Powertrain

• 306 cubic inch small block Ford - high performance 289 block bored .030” over (4.030” x 3.00”) stroked with 302 crankshaft

• Flat top pistons with Edelbrock 60cc aluminum heads (yielding 10.2:1 compression) match-ported to polished Edelbrock performer high-rise, dual plane intake manifold

• 600 CFM four-barrel Holley 4160 carburetor w/ vacuum secondaries

• Lunati flat tappet hydraulic camshaft (218◦ /218◦ duration at .050” lift with 4.88”/4.88” total lift; 110◦lobe displacement angle

• Roller rocker arms, chrome/molley pushrods, screw-in rocker studs and pushrod guides

• Ceramic coated shorty headers with 2.5” Flowmaster mufflers

• Ford top loader four-speed wide ratio transmission with custom shifter, heavy duty clutch

• 8 inch Ford 3.25 gear ratio TrueTrac differential

• Ford high-energy ignition system

• Custom aluminum radiator

• March underdrive pulley system

Chassis/Suspension

• Chrysler front torsion bar suspension, gas shocks, heavy duty sway bar, power disc brakes, power steering, tilt steering column with telescopic steering shaft

• Rear stock leaf springs, gas shocks, adjustable traction bars

• Tires front: 205/75/15 shaved sidewall radials on U.S. Wheel 15 x 7 chrome smoothies

• Tires rear: 235/75/15 radial pie crust, full grooved dirt track tread/compound on U.S. Wheel 15 x 7 chrome smoothies

Interior

• “One off” custom two spoke steering wheel

• Grey tweed upholstery

• Stock dash panel with retro AutoMeter tachometer flush-mounted in steering column support

• “Rat Fink” shifter knob on “one off” handmade shift lever
