TOW MATERS BIG BROTHER IS FOR SALE ! 1954 FORD ONE TON TOW TRUCK NOT RUNNING

I have Tow Mater's older brother Mow Tater for sale.

This 1954 Ford one ton tow truck looks to have been restored at one time. When the original motor gave up it was parked, under some trees, for years. It is a true barn find although it was more of a "ranch find". The original 4 speed trans is present. It was an original V8 truck from the factory. Probably the 239 CID overhead valve motor.

The body is real nice and straight. The drip rails at both front corners of the cab need to be replaced due to rust. That is the only rust that I see. See pics. The last pic is where I found it under a big Eucalyptus tree.

The glass is all good. Doors and windows all work well.

This truck is highly optioned! It has see through windows, rotating tires, two spotlights and a heater!

The wrecker bed is intact. It is PTO operated.

I also have a 460 "race motor" that could go with the truck for more money. I was told that it is all brand new and very high performance but have no specs on it. I need $4500 for the truck only and $5500 with the motor.

I am located in Southern California about 75 miles North of Santa Barbara and 10 miles South of Pismo Beach. I have a trailer and can deliver for $1/mile round trip up to 200 miles or so after it is paid for.
