Everyone knows that the early Ford automobiles are highly collectible in stock condition or modified condition. The reason we see so many of them that have been modified is because Ford built so many of them that by the end of WWII so many of them were just cheap used cars and the servicemen getting home were anxious to build something fast and cool. They also wanted to be different than everyone else so they chopped, shave, modded until... it looked like nothing else on the road.
