Professionally built in San Diego and kept here since.Custom modified and Z’d frame with gussets and supports.Chopped original 26 body - 4-3/4’’ chop, 3’’ channel, with a 29A Visor.Built 292 y block with a 255 Edelbrock tri power and 3 Stromberg 97’s.Adapted to a 350 turbo automatic trans.58 Ford third rear end with 3.25 gears and coil overs.Front suspension is quarter elliptical and a 4’’ SB dropped axil.40 Ford wishbones.Wheels are 40 Ford Solid Steelies.Brakes are 40 Ford Juice brakes.Coker 6.0/7.5 whitewall tires.Upholstered by Encinitas Upholstry.Schroeder steering with Cowl outlet.Indian Scout headlights.41 Willy’s taillightsStewart Warner crescent gauges (the speedometer and odometer are not hooked up) others are all in good working order.Kill switch inside car passenger area.Pin striped body and wheels by the late legendary Bo Huff Jr.(Google him if you don’t know)Louvered roof, spun aluminum gas tank, working horn and turn signals.This is an awesome car with great character and all the right parts.I consider this car to be a rat rod styled hot rod, but not one that was just pieced together by any means. A lot of time and money, experience, art and style was devoted to this car to get it to the way it is. It’s not a car for someone who is worried about a little rough area here and there. In this car, that is just more character. It’s very loud, accelerates SO SO quickly and you will be thrown back in your seat with a touch of the throttle. It can be bumpy and noisy but that’s what makes it so much fun. Heads will turn! I average about 5 honks/cheers per mile. Head-turner and crowd favorite at car shows.
