1966 ford bronco U13 sportster barn find original
Description
You need to read description and look at pictures real good. My nephew and I purchased this bronco about 10 years ago from the original owner in Rankin County, Ms. It was parked in his barn jacked up on stands. The last time it was driven at that time was 1982, the 82 tag is still on it. We brought it home and stored it in a climate control building. In the last year, I pulled it out, pulled engine and tranny, Rebuilt engine with all new internal parts, new carb, new exhaust, brakes, and exhaust. Had the seats recovered with correct silver material, installed new windshield and rubber. I finally found a pair of correct door opening inserts, and installed them due to cracks in the original ones. The little truck has NO rus, it still has factory paint on floor pans as you can see. The only bad spot on the sheet metal is the hood, where a limb fell on the front of it years ago and repaired, then years ago bondo broke loose, Was not repaired correctly, but can be, or buy another one for 250.00. It also has the correct original hubcaps on it, which are almost impossible to find. It has a new correct floor mat and new front seat belts. The engine runs awesome, and purrs like a kitten. There were only 5000 U13's built in 66,67,and 68. Research shows only about 100 exist today. It is located 10 miles North of Jackson, Ms. For quicker response to questions, you can call or text me at 601-953-4688
