1957 Fod T Bird 312 automatic hardtop convertible
Description
Up for your consideration is a 1957 Ford Thunderbird that comes with a white hardtop. The engine is a 312 4 barrel and has been gone through, resealed and painted, runs very well backed by an automatic transmission. This is an older paint job and has some small chips and scratches. The main blemish is where the hardtop sits on top of the body between the back seat and trunk. The car has brand new 205 75 14 BF Goodrich Silvertown whitewall tires. The red upholstery is fairly new and so is the carpet and door panels. New carpet in the trunk as well. There is no rust that I have seen, I have had the car in the air and looked. All of the gauges work except the gas gauge. The hydro booster has been rebuilt and all of the brakes have been gone through. There is one line that goes from the hydroboost to the frame that needs to be replaced that I already have from Prestige Thunderbirds. This line makes the brakes a little hard on the initial press, but then operates as it should. All of the chrome looks pretty good. I recently had the paint and chrome polished. The T Bird is currently registered in California and I have clear title in my name. Feel free to contact with me with any questions. Derick 661-864-5061. Car is located in Bakersfield, Ca.
