1979 Ford F-150 pickup truck
Description
This is a 1979 Ford F-150 Ranger XLT Pickup, Chevrolet 350 engine with less than 12,000 miles on it. (Engine is all Chevy, but rest under the hood is all Ford), 4-bolt Main with Steel Crank, Aluminum Manifold, 4 Barrel Carburetor, Aluminum Radiator, 4-wheel drive with 4 speed manual transmission, Drum Brakes on the Rear, Disc Brakes on the Front, Power Steering and Power Brakes, Tires are 33 (only 100 miles on the tires), Aluminum Wheels, 9" Rear, Reese Tow Hitch, 1997 8 foot bed with a liner and tool box installed, Sliding rear window, Truck runs. This truck is good looking, red, but needs a new rear bumper* and the fuel gauge does not work. Some minor surface rust.
*There is a photo of the rear bumper so you can see that there is some rust. We bought the pickup in 1997 and fixed everything that needed repair. We put the Chevy engine in at that time. It was sand blasted and painted and new upholstery on the seat and interior door panels. Have only driven it 11,468 miles since 1997. Used for pleasure on weekends, going to car shows, etc.
