Description

I AM RELISTING THE CAR BECAUSE OF A WINNING NON PAYING BIDDER.
This car is located in Blanchard Oklahoma. I have a clear title in hand in my name I am the second owner of the car. The color of the car is Ivy Green and the interior is called Ivy gold but it looks to me as a light shade of green.
The car was brought from California where it originated from. The gentleman who owned it was in the military and transferred to Tinker Air Force base here in Oklahoma. He put the car in his barn and it sat there till 1986 when I bought the car and it has sat in my garage since then, I realized I just dont have the time to devote to the car and would rather pass it on and let someone enjoy the car.
Very nice straight "Q" code 428, automati, air conditioning, power steering power brakes, bucket seats with center console shifter. The frame shows no sign of damage. The back seat has no tears or rips and shows no signs of wear. Has all the badging in tact on the body. The front bumper is a bit out of alignment but not bent.
I pulled the spark plugs and lubricated the cylinders with marvel mystery oil and let it set for a few days. The oil and filter has been changed as well also new spark plugs installed. I pulled the valve covers to see how clean the top end was and it was clean so I just got new gaskets and put them back on. Then I put the car on jack stands on all four corners and changed the transmission fluid and filter. I hooked the gas line from the fuel pump to a 5 gallon gallon can so as not to pull any old gas from the tank and it fired up right off, so I put it in gear to circulate the transmission as well and let it run for 1 1/2 hours with no issues. The engine sounds great and there are no issues with the transmission or rear end as well.
This is a California equipped car with the smog pump, I removed it and put it in a box with the hoses and hardware for the new owner if he or her wishes to put it back on. That is the reason the hose is not on the A/C compressor because it ran on it as well.
The headliner needs replaced as most of these cars do and the rear sail panels need recovered as well. I have New replacement seat covers for the buckets seats, also new carpet for it, and 2 boxes of misc parts for the car and a mirror for the drivers side. The dash pad needs to be replaced from the sun beating on it.
Floor boards are solid, there is just a small spot of surface rust above the rear wheels about the size of a dime, it is just surface rust because I checked inside the wheel well`s and there is no rust through in those areas.
The original wheels covers are in the trunk along with 2 snow tires mounted on two original wheels back there also I never have removed them they are in the original spot where I found them. The glass is all good and windows roll up and down good.
This car has not been molested it is pure stock. Motor runs great and transmission is good also. 80,239 original miles this was purchased from the original owner that had it stored in a barn for years. Clear title in hand and tag has been kept up to date. Gas tank has been cleaned just needs to be reinstalled. If you have any questions on anything I have not covered you can call, text or email me.
