1961 Ford Falcon
Description
In the pictures you see a rip in the driver's seat and a "sunburn" on the right rear seat. I have the OEM material for both seat bottoms.
Right rear tail light. There is a ding in the chrome trim and sheet metal above the light. When I bought this car I never put it on a hoist. After being asked a question about the undercarriage I when to my local repair shop. They put it on the hoist and I saw this repair from the inside of car. That would be under the driver's seat or right behind it. The car doesn't appear to have been a repaint.
My wife and I are the third owner of the car. This is what the previous owner had typed up when he showed the car:
"This car is not a restoration. It is not "Southern" car. It was purchased at Al Long Ford and never left the Detroit area. It was placed in storage in 1967 with 12,250 miles on it until I purchased it in April 1998. It still has just over 20,000 miles, not bad for a car 40 years old. That's under 500 miles per year".
