1930 Ford Model A 5 Window Coupe Body Project offered by Gas Monkey Garage . NO TITLE. ! First produced in October 1927, the new Model A was designated as a 1928 model and was available in four standard colors. By February 4, 1929, one million Model A’s had been sold, and by July 24, Henry Ford had sold two million. By March 1930, Model A sales hit three million, and there were nine body styles available. This is the very desirable 5 window coupe that is the subject of many Hot Rod and Rat Rod builds. This good, solid body is virtually rust free (some rust in lower trunk lid, see all pics) making this the perfect candidate for your next build. It includes the hood, grill and a few other items included in the pics(if you don't see it,it's not included).Now there are several cars that I always buy when I find them and clean, solid Model A coupe’s are one of them. When I saw this one I acted quickly to secure it and get it back to the shop.
