Description

Up for sale is my 1993 GMC Vandura 25 series short wheelbase windowless conversion van by Explorer Vans. This van is like a 70's van, only better. I got the van from its second owner. The original owner had to special order it from the conversion van company in order for it not to have all those huge ugly windows down the sides. The interior is all original and it has 4 reclining captains chairs with the drivers being fully power adjustable. The van is completely insulated and finished out with carpet, headlining material and oak trim. The van has power windows and locks as well as A/C. The prior owner replaced the engine and transmission with Jasper rebuilt units approximately 60000 miles ago. The van runs and drives perfectly. The engine is a TBI fuel injected 350 and the transmission is a 700 R4 overdrive automatic. I use the van weekly and it drives out perfectly. You can get in it and go across the country, if you wanted to.

Since I have owned it, I did the following work to it:

New battery;

new starter;

new A/C compressor and drier;

new radiator;

new upper and lower ball joints and upper control arm bushings;

resurfaced front brake rotors and repacked wheel bearings;

all 4 tires are brand new 275/60R/15 raised white letter;

all the exterior little dings were removed and the outside of the van was repainted with acrylic urethane and then clear coated.

There is simply NO RUST anywhere on this van. The underneath is spotless.

There are no leaks.

It was obviously well cared for and probably garage kept its whole life.

I debated putting side pipes on it, but held off. Personally, I think it needs them, but that will be for the next owner to decide.

Same with any kind of custom paint scheme. I just left it as a blank canvas for someone.

This van is a real head turner and gets a lot of compliments. It is just simply really cool.

I don't think you would find a better maintained, cleaner, cooler van for sale out there.
