1937 GMC T14B TRUCK ***ALL ORIGINAL***
Description
Owned by the same family for 76 years. One of the only remaining examples of a pure original in existence. Purchased new in Tupelo, Mississippi and driven until 1972 then stored in a dry environment; garage-kept for life of vehicle. The original owner hand made a wooden canopy shell that was placed on the back when the vehicle was purchased. The side boards of the canopy shell were handcrafted with his pocket knife per his son. Original 3-speed floor shift transmission with GMC 6-cylinder Flathead engine; 42,752 original miles. Gone through and professionally serviced by a professional mechanic. Original plugs, points, condenser, distributor cap, and plug wires have been saved and are available. This 1937 GMC T14B is completely original. Engine runs very strong and quiet. Original factory paint. Electric start with optional original hand crank. Because this vehicle was garage-kept and due to the canopy shell on it, the original wood bed stayed in pristine condition with almost no wear showing. Original owner's manual in glove box.
