This is a much neglected 1960 Lancia Appia 4 Door with serious surface rust. Windows stuck.

Was retired by the previous ownerwhen the starter quit and having a slipping clutch.

While parked the brakes packed up. The shoes have been removed to make it a roller.

Then some novice jacked up the car by the steering rodsinstead ofthe front suspension.

It has a clear California Title with a Non Op Registration.
