Description

Thank you for looking!
Selling this one is painful. I love this Rover. Sadly, I'm out of room in my garage. It's time this Rover go to a home where it'll be loved and used.
First things first - THIS 1994 RANGE ROVER IS 100% RUST-FREE.
It spent most of its life in California, before being purchased by a self-proclaimed 'Rover Collector' in Mississippi who says she had 6 (she named this one 'Red'). I purchased 'Red' directly from her in 2016 with 156k miles on it.
It has about 166,316 miles on it today and that shouldn't go up much, if at all. It's been our family camping vehicle and 'deep snow emergency vehicle', not a daily driver.
Below are the fixes and modifications made since purchase a little over 2 years ago:
Replaced failed air suspension with coil spring suspension (2016, @ 156k miles)Overhauled A/C (2016, @ 156k miles)New brakes (2016, @ 156k miles)New OEM alternator (2018, @ 166k miles)New battery (2018, @ 166k miles)New belts (2017, @ 162k miles)New BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A Tires (2016, @ 156k miles)New K&N Air Filter (2016, @ 156k miles)Fixed power seats (2016, @ 156k miles)Replaced driver seat, lower seat (2016, @ 156k miles)NC inspection passed - October 2018

How does it run?
Phenomenally well. The engine is in great condition. Not a single problem since purchase. It's been maintained by a local Rover specialty shop - Blue Ridge Rover Works - since purchase. They will happily vouch for the condition of the vehicle.
How does it ride?
I'd happily take it down the highway at 75 mph. It's so smooth.
Electronics work?
Yes. Power seats, Power windows, all interior lights, all interior buttons.
Is there anything wrong with it?
Yes - three small problems, none of which prevent it from being my favorite car in our driveway.
- There's a small seam tear in the front passenger seat. It's about 6". Several local shops say it's a fast and cheap repair since its along the seam. - The heat stopped working recently. Blue Ridge Rover Works noted all of the switches tested good. The diagnosis is that the heater blower motor (roughly $100 part) need replacement. It's a straight forward fix and a cheap part. The DIY instructions are all over Rover forums. I just travel too much for work to take the time to do it. - There's a very slow power steering fluid leak. This is very common on these Rovers. I've been using Lucas Oil Steering Power Steering Stop Leak and that has helped a lot.

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. If you've been in the market for a great 4x4 that's overland ready, you will absolutely love this Rover.
I can also send pictures of any specific areas of the Rover you'd like to see. If you're local, please feel free to give it a drive.
