1970 lincoln

i am offering a 1970 lincoln.this is a 2 owner car,with89,093 original miles black interior is near mint,although the dash is cracked.runs good,new points and condencer.my father has owned this for 26 years.he has since passed and are getting rid or a few things.he ran the gas out before it was parked .so all that was needed was fresh gas and it run good the body is really decent i put a paint job on it in my younger days(acrillic enamel,sanded and buffed,everything seams to work,all power options including am fm 8 track.needs a good going over(brakes,tires etc),the paint is useable with a little buffing .however there is no title,somewhere along the line the title came up missing and thats the way your buying it,local pick up only no delivery.500.00 deposit within 24 hrs of the the sale ending,the rest when you pick up the car.again there is no title for this car.thanks for looking
