EXCITING and RARE 5 SPEED TWIN OVERHEAD CAM 6 cyl TWO TOP 280SL

TOOO FUN! That is how I describe driving this light weigh, 5 speed,nimble SL Roadster.I trade Mercedes SL Roadsters on a regular basis.I have had several automatic transmission 280 SL cars but there is a definite difference driving a 5 speed example.One has to remind oneself that they are driving a Mercedes Roadster.The car is so quick,responsive and light,a pure joy to drive.
This particular example I purchased out of Southern California,the car is not a rusty example.The engine does not blow smoke and cams are quiet and smooth.The transmission is smooth with good synchros,and bushings.

The car has a nice soft top and good hard top.The wood is in nice condition,the seats are in excellent condition,carpets are good.
