Description

Ordered in Hawaii, and lived there it’s whole life until 1 year ago. Was ordered with Heater Delete, meaning there is no heater core, ducting, and the vents in the lower dash are not there, giving it a smooth look. It has a factory plug in the firewall where the heater hoses would go, I also have the rubber plug at the water pump where the heater hose would go. Only 5 convertibles were ordered with heat delete in 1970.m Original color is red, great color, interior is black (having a black dash, sun visors, and carpet), with the white bucket seat option, which includes white door panels. Top is originally white, top on it now is torn. Frame is good, and motors work, hydraulics probably need to be re-sealed. Engine is a 351c 2v. I removed it, disassembled it (all bolts and nuts were put in little clear cases and labeled) and block was just hot tanked. NEVER BEEN REBUILT. Bore it to whatever you want. All pieces including air cleaner are there. Transmission will probably need to be rebuilt too. (I can reinstall both for transport if needed) Rust. Both front floor boards, just where the feet rest. One spot under back seat. In the corners of rockers. Trunk is clean, but under the tail lights, I saw some areas. Both doors are bad, I have a good passenger door for it. Hood has rust at front, and has dents on top. I do have the two front trim pieces. Frame rails are solid, tunnel is solid, front clip is solid, car is solid where it needs to be, no rust got to those areas. Rear seat area and where top tucks is solid too. Has its original steel wheels, and all four hubcaps. Most original parts seem to be there, however I recommend everything needs to be restored. I did not get a Marti Report. Pink Slip is on hand. Current non op. If car needs to be shipped, I can install engine block/transmission, and put all the parts carefully in the trunk, and in the car. If shipping is expensive, you can make me an offer that’s works for you, I will definitely help out.
