1977 MGB, Solid Body, No Rust, Good Driver, LOWERED RESERVE!!!!
Description
This is a really nice, super solid 77 MGB that is a 2 owner car. Owner bought the car in 1978 with 23,000 miles that is stated on the title. Kept in heated garage maintained by Sports Car Haven, Danville, PA. Car runs really well having good oil pressure, runs cool and shifts and downshifts flawlessly. Manual choke installed. No rattles or shakes. Just replaced rebuilt clutch master, installed new slave and hose. All brakes work as well as ebrake. All gauges and electrics are working including horn and courtesy lamp and trunk lamp. Manual switch installed for the fans. Body is rust free as seen in the pictures, floor boards are clean inside and out, all door jams, rockers fenders are rust free. Car was Ziebart rustproofed when new and kept the car rust free. Paint is a bit faded but could be brought back with some wet sanding and buffing. Hood and trunk are the pieces that need buffed. Interior is excellent with good seats with exception or small repair on drivers seat that looks decent, door cards are good with small repair on driver's side, carpets are older but good. Dash is super nice. The only thing the car needs is an engine detail, lots of dust/dirt little grease. The tires have good tread but are older and could be replaced. Top is pretty good with a small tear on driver's side, fits well and has zip out window. There is a clear PA title. The car is known for sale locally and I will end the auction early with a sale. I will assist in shipping as long as all arrangements are made well in advance by buyer. I try to describe all my items the best I can so there are no surprises. I can be reached at 814-931-0627 with any questions. If you are looking for a solid, rust free MGB to drive while you restore, or a great restoration B, this is it, so bid away.
