1958 MGA Wire Wheels Extra Engine
Description
Up for auction is a 1958 MGA Convertible with wire wheels. This car comes from my Mother's estate. I don't know when it was last driven, but I do know that I drove it to my high school graduation in 1978. The car was last inspected in 1980. I have not tried to start it, but the engine turns freely with the crank. The mileage is from the odometer, but I cannot verify its accuracy. The vinyl top seems brittle, and will probably need to be replaced. There are body issues as shown in the photos. Mice have gotten to the seat bottoms. This vehicle has the original wooden floorboards. It come with an extra engine (the last photo shows the engine number label of the extra engine). I could not get the extra engine to turn, so it might be frozen. This car has been garaged since my parents have owned it (40 plus years). Could be a daily driver or a restoration candidate. I have the clear Pennsylvania title in hand.
Please review all photos carefully and ask ALL questions as there are no refunds unless I have grossly misinterpreted the condition of the vehicle.
