Negative:

Rear half of frame rotted out. Front half looks ok. That being said I have driven her about 1000 miles at speeds up to 65, but would not recommend until repaired. Good floor boards.
Lots of black smoke and a loss of power when accelerating hard or going uphill. I took it to my mechanic and they preformed an engine pressure test which it passed. I believe it could be one of the following; dirty fuel injectors, dirty fuel filter, or clogged catalytic converter.
Exhaust leak near muffler
Rear left side door has some rust that was covered by a sticker in Japan so I don't know how bad it is.
A/C not working (I think it just needs a charge)
Right fog light is rusted but still works
Body has scratches, dents, & dings all-round

This was my baby but I am unable to invest anymore so I have to let her go. She is such a unique project that can really be turned into something great as body and frame parts are compatible with the Montero.
