6 Year frame up restoration
This is not a Toyota FJ! This is a Nissan Patrol, I doubt you have ever seen one of these completely restored. Nissan imported approximately 2500 of these into the States from 1960 to 1969. They were sold at Datsun dealers. Nissan Patrols are still in production and are sold around the world. In the U.S. the Patrol is sold today as an Infiniti Q56. I found this one as an unfinished project in Missouri. The previous owner rebuilt the drivetrain and when they got to the body there was so much rust they gave up. I purchased the vehicle, brought it back to Charlotte NC and had a retired NASCAR Body Man remove all of the rust and replace it with steel. There is no rust and no fiberglass in this vehicle. Every part has been refurbished or replaced with Original equipment parts. It has new upholstery, new moldings, new exhaust, new wiring, remanufactured hydraulic cylinders, new wheels and tires and eight coats of single stage paint. The Engine was rebuilt before I purchased it and it runs great and it drives nice. Sale includes original repair manuals and promotional literature featuring Roy Rodgers who was Nissan's spokesman in the 60's.
This vehicle was inspected for matching serial numbers and approved by the North Carolina DMV and it has a clean North Carolina Title.
