1978 Mercedes Benz 450 SEL 6.9 Sedan Garage Find 135K Miles

This is a nice garage find Mercedes 6.9 that has been sitting in a garage for a while. This was a prized possession of an older gentleman who passed a few years back and has been garaged and not driven for at least 5 years. Only 135,000 miles. Excellent color combination of White with Blue leather. The interior is in great condition. This car does require some investment from someone with more knowledge than us. We had all of the gas drained and added 5 gallons of Premium plus Techron fuel additive. It runs a bit rough and believe it needs some miles on it or possibly the injectors need to be cleaned. The rough running could be a vacuum leak as well which is common for these old Benz's. The hydraulic suspension pump right up and adjusts with the control however it is a rough ride, again this could be from sitting for many years and may just need some road time. The tires are good and hold air, however they are several years old and again have not been on the road in a while. There are some surface rust spots as pictured along some of the trim lines.
