1960 Lincoln Continental Mark V
Description
I am selling this 1960 Lincoln Continental MarkV for an elderly friend of mine who purchased it many years ago. This car has an excellent, straight, original, rust-free body that has spent its entire life in the dry desertarea of Nevada until my friend brought it to Ohio and stored it in a nice dry garage with the plans of restoring it. The underside is also in fantastic condition. He removed the carburetor and sent it out to be rebuilt. He pulled the gas tank and had it dipped, coated and sealed. The carburetor never came back - this pretty much stopped his plan andit stayed in the garage ever since.
The car has its original 430 cubic inch, V8, engineand twin range turbo drive automatic transmission, which unfortunately, I can not tell you the condition. The car is loaded with options including: Factory air conditioning, automatic headlight dimmer, cruise control, power door locks, 6-way power seat, town and country radio and 7 power windows (2 cozy or vent windows, 4 door glass windowsand the rear glass goes up and down). The car is 99% complete. The things I noticed missing are the carburetor, carpet, hood hinges and hubcaps. The car also has 3 piecesof broken flat glass. This is a great car that deserves restoring.
Current NADA Book Value: Average - $10,285; High - $30,140. I have 100% positive feedback (please read) because I don't exaggerate the condition of cars. This is a great investment. This car is being sold without reserve, as I feel this is the only fair way to sell a car at auction. If you have any question, please call Ken directly (quickest and preferred) at 513-403-7386, or email, and I will help you.
