1938 Packard Eight/120
Description
Original,has only 38000 original miles,barn find,been sitting inside since 1951,found in Colorado barn,sidemount fenders,straight 8 engine that now is up and running,paid a shop,see photo, to get engine running,has new head gasket,rebuilt starter,carb,fuel pump,vatted gas tank,still needs gas tank to be installed is all plus 3 new freeze plugs I have to be installed then will be up and running,needs brakes,complete exhaust,tires though to be a driver,99 percent rust free,only rust is in trunk floor just in front of back seat as a big rat nest was there,generations it looked like,they preferred Packard over the tractor parked next to it !Has original upholstery,of course needs to be restored but has original pattern to go by,of course car needs cosmetic restoration,not in photos but I do have both bumpers,is missing back bumper brackets though,i have sidemount covers but they are dented badly,i had found a set in Packard club ads for 700 but I did not purchase as I have decided to sell it,missing title since it was parked in 1951,has vin plate on firewall,any state can issue a bonded title though,some easier than others,should not be a problem,lower reserve because of that,has a very nice dash and gauges,banjo steering wheel,located in Albuquerque,New Mexico,any questions call 505-453-8982.Deposit of 500 dollars due within 48 hours of winning bid please.
