For Sale Is My 1935 Packard Eight Model 1200. It Is On A 127-Inch Wheelbase. Gee Brothers-Wylie Motor Company Of Memphis, Tennessee Sold My Car New On September 9, 1935, See Picture On The Firewall. The Orginal Owner Kept The Car Well Into The 1950's. The Car Was Never Driven On Salted Roads And Is In Extremely Good Condition. The Car Is Equipped With Adjustable Shocks, Automatic Chassis Lubrication, Including A Crankcase Oil Level Gauge. It Is Also Equipped With Optional Bumper Guards, Trunk Rack, Trippe Lights, Heater, Radio, And Wheel Discs. The Interior Is The "Orginal" English Wool Broadcloth. It Was Painted In The Early 70's And Still Has A Shine To It, Though Not The Orginal Color.Mechanically The Car Has Been Extensively Restored Including The Engine, Radiator, Transmission, Gas Tank, New Wiring Harness, Stainless Steel Exhaust, Steering Gearbox, And King Pins. Receipts For The Above Work Go With The Car Including A Custom Car Cover And A Luggage Trunk Not Orginal To The Car.
There Were Approximately 4,781 Twelfth Series Eight Model 1200 Cars Produced. According To "The Packard Registry" Only About 21 Of These Models Exist Today.
