1971 Plymouth Duster true barn find slant 6 3 speed manual on tree

Description

This car had been in a heated garage since 87 till a year ago. Parked due to an accident which got the rear passenger quarter panel. It damaged the corner trunk floor but didn't get into the rear frame rail. Did push back the tail panel a little on the passenger side too. I believe a good body man could pull nearly all of this out.
This car is super super clean. I can't find any rust but ther was a repair to the lower rear quarter on the wrecked area. Just lower 3 inches or so. The quarters do have a little mud in the lower areasbut that's all I can find.
Trunk floor, floor pan, frame sections and every panel is rust free. I believe it had only one repaint .
Unmolested and just very clean the only things I can find is the Lowe seat, front filler panel and radio not original .
The car does run and drive although it needs a batter, the starter is dragging and could use some brake work. I changed the oil but one or two valves are sticking from sitting so long so I haven't ran it much. With minimal work this could be a car you drive while you restore.
Slant 6 manual 3 on the tree transmission which I guess is quite rare for these. This is the perfect restoration project to turn into the duster of your dreams. Why start with something rusty ?
This car does not have a title so if that's an issue do not bid. Will come with a clean bill of sale and vin has came back clean.
