Hello,
I have decided to sell my 1988 Fiero GT.
I purchased this Fiero from a private collection a few years ago. It was well cared for, it has extremely low miles and drives and looks awesome. The pictures do not do it justice in my opinion.
To my knowledge, this car has always been stored in a climate controlled environment and only driven when weather permitted.
Please look closely at the pictures and see how nice this Fiero is.
I think you'd be hard-pressed to find one nicer unless it had almost no miles on it at all. With that said, the car is 30 years old and does have a few things I want to make the new owner aware of:
·When looking very close there are some minor scratches here and there, but I’m sure a proper buff and detail would take care of most of them.
·Occasionally the left front tire needs air.
·The shift pattern is very tight on these cars and it can sometimes be hard to find the right gear. I read somewhere that this is common and may be improved by adjusting the shift cable.
·I think the float on the sending unit is stuck as the fuel gauge always shows full.
·I’m sure the AC will need to be charged.
That is all I can think of at the moment and is based on my last driving experience before putting the car in storage this past winter. I only took it out of storage for a moment to get these pictures and if fired right up.
This car really looks good and runs like a little rocket ship. If you have been looking for a clean, low mile, 5-speed GT, you’ve found it.
It comes with a nice storage cover as well.
I have described this car to the best of my ability. It is being sold as is, so pleasemake sure you ask any and all questions you may have before bidding. Inspections can be arranged.
$500 down at thetime of auction end. The balance of payment is due at pick up via cash or wire transfer. Vehicle must be picked up no later than April 15th. I will be as flexible as possible in working with transporters.
Thank you for looking
