For sale 1977 Pontiac Trans Am located in Phoenix, Arizona This red over tan automatic Trans Am sports many options including automatic transmission, A/C, Deluxe Interior, tilt steering wheel. I believe that it was sold New in California therefore it came with the 403 engine. This car is an older restoration which included new paint, new interior and mechanically freshened up. Still sporting many of the 1970’s era aftermarket parts including traction bars, Hurst competition shifter, Along with Hooker headers, chrome valve covers, electric cooling fan and electric fuel pump, aluminum intake manifold with a aftermarket carburetor. In the past year, we have had the rear main oil seal replaced, blower fan, a new gas tank, new window tint and new starter, Oil changed. All the gauges work correctly the tachometer seems a little bit slow. Has 8” inch snowflake wheels that were professionally polished and repainted. New center caps and lugnuts. The tires are getting a little old. The underside and body appears to be rust free including the trunk pan. Pioneer cd player with speakers in the rear package tray. The odometer shows 15,670 true miles are unknown. All the glass seems to be in good shape. The doors close nicely and they do not sag. The A/C components are all their but not cold and needs a heater core as well. Dashpad has some cracks under the dashmat. Since I don’t have receipts on engine and it is unknown exactly what was done to the internally to motor. But I can tell you that it idles smooth, runs very good and strong and that the TH-350 transmission has a shift kit in it. Has a lower gear ration rear end estimated to 3.73 ratio or so. Steers and brake correctly. I have tried to list this car accurately please remember that it is a 42year old car, not a frame off $35,000 restoration just done and everything is new! The Trans Am does presents itself well, I’ve had a lot of compliments on this car even down to the 1 year only "1977” shaker scoop with the Ridgeline in the top center of it.
