You are bidding on a 1965 Pontiac GTO Convertible. PHS Documentation, folder full of information and receipts regarding restoration. We even have a duplicate of the sales sticker from the dealer. Freshly rebuilt 389, rebuilt correct Muncie 4 speed, new clutch, rebuilt 12 bolt posi rear end, new power disc brakes, new bumpers, new carpet, new door panels, new rubber felts in doors and door seals, new wing vent rubbers, new wiring, new interior, new top, newconvert bootstill in box, new power steering box, completely rebuilt front end, new shocks front and rear, cleaned out fuel tank, new fuel sending unit, wooden steering wheel, tilt column, backup lights, modern digital original style am/fm/ipod aux input radio, power top, new rams and lines, correct lug nuts and 15 inch re pop PWD wheels and nice new red line tires. New flame thrower pertronic dist and coil, cap, wires, plugs, belts, hoses, rebuilt carbs, correct linkage for tri power, correct tri power carbs and tri power radiator. All windows rolls up and down nicely, wipers work well, as does heater and defrost, correct alternator, hose and wire routing, new top relay, and nice sounded dual exhaust. Very rust free western car that has been taken good care of over the years.

The only deviation from original build is car was sold with a 4 barrel carb and no console. Also added is the dual chamber disc brakes and 15 inch wheels. A 12 bolt posi instead a 10 bolt.

Car runs and drives very well, starts right up, but can be a little cold blooded. Once she is warm, look out, moves down the road as fast as you want to go. Lights all work, signals, gauges except clock. Car you will be very proud to own. Probably the paint is the only thing that isn't 100%. The color is Nightwatch blue with the parchment interior. Could use a good buffing, some light scratches here and there but overall very presentable. Odometer shows 8472. True miles are unknown.

Car is selling as is where is, there are no warranties implies expressed or given. Car must be paid for and picked up within 2 weeks of auction close. $1000 non refundable deposit is required within 48 hours ofauction close. Car is located just outside Sacramento, CA. Fly in and drive it home if you want, we can pick you up at the airport,there is no reason we can think of that the car wouldn't make any ride home, but please remember this is a 1965 car and anything is possible.
