Submitted for your consideration:
Elderly Owner is downsizing collection and offers his solid original '63 Pontiac Grand Prix for sale.
At the time he acquired it some 12 years or so ago, he had the carproperly de-trimmed and repainted in2-stage base/clear urethanethat has held up nicely.Paint does exhibit a few smallpaint chips here or there consistent with driving and participating in local car shows, but nothing significant that detracts from appearance.
As the owner isa retired Pontiac Zone Rep/Engineer, he had the 389engine properly rebuilt opting to add the "421" decal on air cleaner.Sale also includes (2) 421 Emblemsto adorn the fenders that are in the glovebox for new owner to install (elderly owner just never got around to it).
AC isfactory original in good shape, but disconnected currently.
Interior is immaculate except for necessary detailing. It sat in his dark ground-floor garage so it has a v. slight hint of mold on the otherwise clean original interior thatshould remove just fine with proper detailing. Car was NOT detailed formy photos to show you itsgood condition.
Vehicle is equipped with8-lug wheels and decenttires that are aged and may require replacement.
Headliner has one small 6" tear over the passenger side, but it otherwise in good shape.
This car is atruejoy to drive and has a sound quality consistent with it's rebuilt engine and good overall condition.
Owner is not in ahurry to sell andhas a reasonable reserve. Please don't ask me what it is, but it's pretty close to NADA value guide online. Car is located in Franklin, TN and is available for test-drive/inspection. If you NEVER come to see it, you can be assured this is an incredibly solid original car that will gleam when detailed.
Please direct any questions to the undersigned.
