Here is your chance to own a Classic Speedster built by Classic Motor Carriages. This Speedster was just recently found as a barn find sitting for many years. The current owner hasdecidedto sell with all the patina that was on it when he found it. The car has a very rare air conditioning unit in it that blows cool but could userecharged. The car has runs strong, shifts and stops like it should. This one was built in the 1980's with a 1650 VW engine, single Solex carb, four speed trans, and rare AC unit. The car has low miles of only 12,458. All gauges where working for the video except the gas gauge. Obviously there is some rust, thankfully the body is made of fiberglass and has not sustained any damage. The trim however is a bit ravaged.The car has rust, but the floors seem solid.Come out and see for yourself. I have provided 3 slideshows with many pictures, and a video of the car running, so I am going to let them do the talking for me. As long as the car is paid for in full within 7 days after the auction has ended, then she can sit here for up to two months, but would like it picked up as soon as possible.
