Description

1969 Porsche 911E Coupe Project, VIN 119200193Engine6111949
This is a No Reserve auction, will sell to the highest bidder!
Lately it seems as if the early 911 market has most potential buyers priced out of it. You've been forced to wait for an affordable project that will substitute sweat equity for upfront investment. You've found it here. This is a '69 911E sunroof delete coupe. A huge percentage of cars from this era were equipped with a sunroof, so it's rare to find a smooth top. This is a serious project that will require lots of work, but the end result will be stunning. The exterior and undercarriage will both need rust repair. There are numerous areas of rust on the outer body that will need varying levels of attention. Underneath is where things get serious. The floor will need support and replacement, as will the rear torsion area. You'll also find some "creative" repairs done in the past that may need undoing depending on your level of perfection. Please see the photos to get an idea of how much rust repair will be needed. The interior is in ok shape, and thankfully not stripped. The key is in the ignition. The seats look very good. Please see pics for a better understanding. The engine turns over well but is missing some linkage and other pieces.
If you're tired of seeing cars that never meet their reserve or never get to the end of the auction, have a look at our past auctions. Our cars are priced fairly, and they sell.
This 911 has a clear title and is ready for export.
