When this beautiful 356C disc brake coupe was delivered to Donald Verchick in 1964, it must have been a sight to behold. Appearing in striking paint code 6403 Emailblau (Sky Blue) over red interior, this was a truly beautiful color combination. Fast forward 54 years and we have a one-owner, Sky Blue over red interior 356 coupe with its original engine and transmission still in place. The engine turns over by hand but no attempts have been made to start it. The original ignition/door key and even the original shifter lock key are still with the car. One of the many benefits of a car that has never changed hands. The vehicle delivery name on the factory Kardex from 1964 matches the name on the title today.
This car will need its restoration completed to be back on the road. It was sitting for many years, and restoration was started with new floors welded in, but there is still lots more work to be done. Please look at the photos to get an idea of how much rust repair will need to be done on this car.
