This 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo was purchased to become the first street version of the Widerstandsfahig in June of 2015 from it's 2nd owner. This fine gentleman took great care of this Turbo 944 as shown in the condition of the interior. I drove the car on occasion until it entered the shop late August for the customization.
In addition to the Widebody a few major maintenance items were taken care of to make this car worry free for the next owner. First, a new water pump. Then a new timing set and belts. A new battery and serpentine belt complete the under hood work. New rear brake pads and fresh rotors were installed out back.
From paperwork or visual inspection I know the chassis to have the following improvements:

Condition of the interior as mentioned is great, a solid 8. The dash is showing a few cracks around the defrost vents and the seats show some age. The drivers buttress is the worst area. No rips, tears, or holes. Floormats like new. The A/C will need a charge in the spring. The paint is fresh, of course. Hatch lock and door handle seals have been replaced along with a new Porsche hood crest. The instrument cluster has been replaced with one having a working odometer. Mileage reads around 72K. The actual mileage was said to be moving over 100k by the previous owner. You will receive over 90 pages of documented service history with this beauty including the ORIGINAL PURCHASE ORDER!
The carbon fiber wing is removable in less than 30min. and no signs of it are left on the chassis. In addition, the hatch is still usable with the wing mounted. It also has an adjustable angle of attack for tuning.
The front spiltter is removed in less than 30 min. if needed for maintenance.
