Vintage Saab Model 96

Unfortunately for me I must sell this fantastic 1973 Saab model 96 at a loss.I bought this car 2 years ago, advertised as a no rust car, without seeing the car I purchased it for $6500.00, drove it home 150 miles. ran awesome without a hitch, car needed nothing I THOUGHT, looking closer to the 96 it appeared to have small mystery bubbles in a few places, hood, roof, and one rear quarter. As a guess it seems that someone used paint remover to remove the original paint, and did not prep it properly for a repaint. New paint was applied, 70% of the cars new finish is ok except for the surfaces listed above. Anyone who has the time and expertise to correct the faults, or repaint the entire car. The interior is in great condition, engine runs strong, transmission is quiet, shifts perfectly, free wheel works great, tires are excellent, headliner needs attention. I started to prep the hood and roof, but I have too many projects this summer, to continue.
