1965 Mustang Fastback Shelby GT350SR 40th Anniversary

Please only bid if you are serious and have the funds to complete the transaction within 7 days of purchase. I am not interested in trades. I am unloading my collection of cars to pursue other interests. A $250.00 non refundable deposit is required at the end of this auction to cover my listing expenses in the event that the buyer backs out and to show good faith.
This auction is for my 1965 Shelby GT350SR 40th Anniversary edition that was built by Unique Performance in 2005. Unique Performance worked with Carroll Shelby to recreate the 1965 GT350 and they were supposed to build 40 of the 40th anniversary editions, but unfortunately, the company was not very good at managing their finances and declared bankruptcy in 2007. At that time, only 5 of the 40th anniversary edition Shelby Mustangs had been completed. The 40th anniversary edition is not to be confused with the other GT350SR cars that Unique Performance was building, of which they only completed 13. All of the 40th anniversary cars were painted Silver with Blue stripes, received the special Foose Wheels, 40th badging, and were loaded with every option that was available on the regular GT350SR models.
Only 278 Miles since new. The underside is as fresh as the day it left the showroom. Contact me for more photos!
-Engine: 427W(rated at 585hp by Keith Craft) stroker built on the all Aluminum Shelby 351W block, built by Keith Craft for Unique Performance. The engine has Carroll Shelby signature aluminum heads, DC&O stack Injection, Fast Electronic fuel injection computer, MSD distributor, K&N Stack filters, Aluminum high flow water pump, Canton Racing oil pan, Lakewood Bellhousing, Carroll Shelby signature valve covers, and a concept 1 polished aluminum pulley system.
-Transmission: 5 speed Tremec TKO600 transmission with a hydraulic throw out bearing clutch.
-Currie 9" Trutrac rear end
-Rear Suspension: Unique Performance custom adjustable coil over suspension system with dual adjustable shocks, which is more or less identical to the TCP(Total Control Products/Chris Alston Chassis Works) Pushrod rear suspension system that came out later.
-Front Suspension: Unique Performance custom upper and lower control arms with adjustable coil overs with dual adjustable shocks.
-Steering: TCP Rack and Pinion Steering and Flaming River Tilt Column with a lemans style wood steering wheel.
-Brakes: Shelby Signature Baer Calipers(front only have signature) with slotted and drilled zinc plated rotors.
-Rear wheel wells have mini-tubs to accommodate the 315mm rear tires. A custom rear seat delete was installed to fit the new wider rear interior of the car.
-Stereo: The car has a custom stereo with a Sony head unit, 6" speakers in the front, and 6x9" speakers in the rear seat delete panel.
-Exhaust: JBA headers attached to a custom side exit exhaust system that passes through the rear rocker panels. The mufflers are made by spinach and sound fantastic!
