Description

I absolutely hate to sell this Samurai. It's getting harder & harder to find rust free Samurais in good condition. I bought this for my wife, but she has since had multiple back surgeries & she still suffers major pain in her back & down both legs. So, because it hurts her to drive a manual transmission along with the medical costs associated with her condition, it's unfortunately time to sell. Hopefully, we can find a buyer that will love & care for this Samuari as much as we have. Up for sale is a 1992 fuel injected Suzuki Samurai with a clean/clear title. NO RUST. White paint, with gray interior & black convertible soft top. 2 door, 4WD. 117,600 miles. Fuel injected. 1.3L, 4 cylinder, manual transmission. It has: am/fm radio w/ cd player & 4 speakers, newer carpet, newer soft top, a dodge neon front seat conversion on the factory rails, so it looks stock & is much more comfortable than the original seats. The clutch assembly, timing belt & tensioner, cam & crank seals have been replaced in the last 5,000 miles. At the same time, the valve cover gasket, spark plugs & wires were replaced. I flushed the brake fluid, drained & refilled the anti-freeze, changed the gear oil in front & rear differentials, transfer case & transmission. Tires are in good shape. It runs & drives good, stops well, shifts up & down as it should (smooth with no grinding). Transfer case works smoothly through 2 high, 4 high, neutral & 4 low range. Front manual locking hubs lock & unlock as they should. Everything works as it should, except the dome lamp. It does not have a rear seat. This Samurai is also for sale locally & the auction will end early & bids will be cancelled if it sells. I purchased this vehicle from an elderly gentleman who owned it for almost 18 years. This was his second samurai, so he used it very little. He sold his daily driver samurai first, keeping this one for a bit longer before selling it to me. I've had it for almost 3 years & have put less than 5,000 miles on it. It has spent it's entire life in California (Fresno area) & the desert of southern Utah, so it has never seen snow or salt, it's rust free, no rust in floor from front to back! In the pics of the floorboards, the discoloration is from glue that the previous owner used to install the carpet. I cleaned the glue off the best I could & installed high-quality snap in carpet made specifically for Samurais. There is a ding @ left/rear fender flare (see pics). Then, if you look a little farther up on the body, you'll see a small dent above the one on the fender flare (see pics). Also, there is a small crease on left/front fender. On the right side, directly behind the door, there is a small door ding that was touched up. On the driver's door there is a small dent. All of them, besides the crease & fender flare, are not really visible. There is a slight discoloration on passenger seat bottom. Since the vehicle is 24 years old, there are some minor scratches, normal for it's age. However, considering it's age, it's in really nice, rust-free shape. I take really good care of my cars, I perform maintenance on a regular basis. I don't like to mess around with reserve prices, so I start my bids at what the reserve price would be. That way, you know when you make a bid, you will actually be able to get the car, instead of wondering what the reserve is set at. The buyer is responsible for picking it up or arranging shipment. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due immediately at time of purchase. The balance is due within 10 days of auction end. We would prefer the balance in cash. However, if you're unable to pick it up within 10 days, or if you're using a shipping service, then the balance needs to be paid through paypal or by certified check. If you send a check, we will bring it to our bank as soon as we receive it. The car will not be able to be picked up until our bank says the check is legit & the funds are free & clear in our account. The vehicle needs to be picked up within 2 weeks of your full cleared payment, unless you make some other acceptable arrangement with me. The vehicle is located in southern Utah, 2 hours or less from Las Vegas & approx 4 hours from Salt Lake City. Serious buyers only, please! Any scammers will be reported to ebay! I always try to describe things in great detail & very honestly. You're welcome to come test drive it before the auction ends if you're able to. Any questions, or if you need/want more pics, please email me before purchasing.
