The last of the 40's!

Built in November 1984 this is about as new as a 40 series gets as they were only built for 1 more month.

Factory fitted original Nippondenso "knee freezer" air conditioning unit. No compressor, under hood parts.

Rare factory Tachometer still fitted and working.

2H Diesel motor

4 speed gearbox.

It was starting and running before leaving AUS. It won't start without a squirt of starter fluid at the moment.

Manual overide shut off. Needs the correct linkage rod. Shut off does function.

Does it have rust? Yes it does.

Is it beyond restoring? Not by a long way!

Just to make the location of this vehicle perfectly clear:
The Aussie Land Cruiser is in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA
10 minutes from the Charlotte, NC (CLT) airport.
I hate to do this as Iinnatelytrust people and the fact that they will do the right thing but this is ebay and they don't (and there seems to be no ramifications it seems). If a "Buyer" doesn't complete the transaction it cost me $50 in ebay fees.So I need to add the following terms:
- $500 deposit via Paypal within 24 hours- Balance paid in full (cash in person or wire transfer) within 7 days- Vehicle collected within 7 days unless other arrangements are made (can assist with transport)
