Description

For sale is my 1987 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60. All original, runs and drives great and could be used as a daily driver. Currently registered in CA with title in hand.
There is some superficial rust on the body, but nothing major. I've owned the truck for a couple of years and am reluctantly selling it. With two toddlers my priorities have changed and I just don't have the time to drive it as I once did.
To date, I've replaced the engine with a rebuilt 2F with approximately 135,000 miles on the engine. The chassis has about 198,000 miles. I've also replaced the breaks, brake master cylinder, fuel tank, rebuilt the carburetor, new radiator, fuel/oil separator, new exhaust and catalytic converter. All the work was done professionally as well and have all the paperwork. I drove the truck daily for about a year (highway miles) and now about once a week. As far as work to be done, the AC doesn't work, rear driving lights and interior driving lights are not working either. The fuel gauge works, but is about 1/4 tank off on accuracy. (I learned that the hard way). The transmission is the original 4spd and works fine with 2nd and reverse being a little rough at times to get in. The truck is originally from the east coast and owner before me had some body work done to repair rust so it is mostly superficial bubbling here and there on the fenders, but nothing major. All registration is up to date and I have title in hand.
