This is a very detailed restoration.
This TR6 body was heavily rust proofed when new, which explains why it has 0 rust in rockers, doors, body paneland seams. It even had inner fender liners to protect the areas where these cars will pack debris and moisture. The frame has no rust or corrosion.
The body was completely disassembled for refinishing. Paint finish is a 2-part polyurethane and clear coated.
All lighting and electrical systems functional. Chrome is very nice.
Runs and sounds great and doesn't leak.
The engine has been completely rebuilt and cylinder head machined to achieve early TR6 compression ratio of 8.6.
Block-Newpistons, rings, bearings, seals,camshaft, lifters,push rods, oil pump, timing chain, water pump, freeze plugsand motor mounts. OriginalA/Cfuelpumprebuilt.
Cylinder head - New valves, springs, bronze guides, rockers, rocker shaft and temp sensor.
Drive train:
New clutch, pressure plate, release bearing, cross shaft and bushings. Flywheel surfaced.
Transmission - New synchros, gaskets, seals, mounts andspeedo shaft seal.
Rear axle - New mounts,pinion seal, output seals and u-joints. Rear wheel bearing housings rebuilt and new road springs.
Hydraulics:
All brake and clutch cylinders rebuilt / replaced including calipers, hoses, pads and shoes.
Interior and upholstery:
New seat covers, seat foam and support diaphragms; door and trim panels and new handles.
New quality carpeting and padding.
New dash top, crash pads, knobs, sun visors,bullet mirrorsand dash support side panels.
New Top with zip-out window.
New trunk panels.
Front suspension:
New bushings, shocks and steeringrack boots.
Exhaust:
Complete new stainless steel system and hardware.
Body panels NOT re-undercoated to show originality.
