This beautiful bugs name is Charlotte and she's been running amazing for the past 45 years! Charlotte has only had TWO owners. The first owner had her from the day she was born in 1973 up until 2014 when I purchased her. He kept her in amazing condition, kept her rust free in the garage, put in a new engine in 2009, and did constant maintenance to keep up the originality of Charlotte. I bought her as my first car and I learned how to do the monthly maintenance including the timing belt, spark plugs, oil changes, carb adjustments- all on my own, thats how much I love this car! Charlotte truly has a personality all her and I love driving her around town. The joy I feel from watching families play punch-buggy in their cars and little kids waving, owning this car has been the one of the greater joys of my life.The reason I'm selling her is because a hail storm hit Colorado this past winter and she received minor hail damage before I could move her into the garage. A few dents here and there. She’s the perfect candidate for a face lift (dent removal), some new makeup (paint) and some tender loving care. She is going to love her days at your spa (body shop) will be very excited for her new refreshed look here in her mid 40’s if you decide to bless her with that. My job took me out to California so Charlotte is currently living with her grandma in the Denver area.
