1980 Volvo 242 brought back from Oregon. Unsure of exact mileage. Was originally a California vehicle. Body is clean with the exception of some surface rust where from a hit and run on the rear driver's side quarterpanel. And a small spot on the upper rocker on the pass side. The engine is from an 87 240, trans is an aw71 automatic from an 89 740 turbo. Engine has a new head gasket and timing belt. Trans has fresh fluid and a new filter. Original paint, no body work.
Aftermarket coilovers up front. Interior is beautiful. Original manuals included.
Speedometer is inoperational due to the engine and trans swap. Needs to be converted to a cable speedo. Turn signals do not self cancel, probably just the cancel cam behind the steering wheel. When in reverse, shifter rubs against something and "clacks" lightly. Goes away if you hold light pressure on it toward the pass. side. Probably easy fix.
Clean Oregon title. Car has been in a garage for 2 years. Runs excellent.
