Belonged to a local shop owner Volvo's Only in Los Angeles.This is the perfect GT spec car for spirited long distance drives.
The exterior looks nice.The black acrylic paint shines nice and deep.It does have a couple of small nicks and dings.The chrome and stainless trim is in good condition.There is no rust on the car anywhere.No accidents or any filler materials.Although the car has Minnesota license plates it was the mechanics personal car which it's been in California for more than 25 years.Widened stock steel wheels look awesome dipped in chrome and wrapped in 225 tires all around.
The interior is lobster red with wood accents on the dash.The comfy long distance drive seats were sourced from a 1800ES.Beatifully redone upper and lower dash.Perfect door cards and nice red german carpet.All interior lights work.The lights in the gauges were upgraded to LED lighting which comes handy at night time drives.Original 3 spoke steering wheel and redone headliner and sun visors.OEM Volvo glass all round.Later model CD player/radio works good.The mechanicals are what set this car apart from other 1800's.Custom fitted power steering from a later model volvo,makes parallel parking a breeze even with the wide tires.Engine and transmission were rebuilt less than 10k miles ago.The engine received performance upgrades over the rebuild,bored out to 2.3 liters.Here are some of the engine modifications:• Iskederian BB71 Upgraded Cam• Solid lifters
