**1973 Volvo P1800ES** Original condition No Rust vehicle

Description

This is an original condition 1973 Volvo P1800ES. The paint is original and has been rubbed down to the primer. There is no rust on this car at all. This was originally a California car and has been kept indoors for decades in a heated garage. I have used this car as a daily driver. The body is in phenomenal condition with only minor dents that you would expect out of an unrestored 43 year old vehicle. The best part about this car is that there have been NO subpar attempts at restoring or repairing the vehicle. Like I said, there is no rust and no bondo or body filler. This is a great car to start a restoration on. I have reupholstered the front seats to use as a daily driver. Additionally, I rebuilt the original brake calipers to original condition and cleaned and sealed the gas tank as well as flushed the fuel lines and brake lines. This car runs well and has the original manual transmission with the Laycock overdrive that works great. Dash needs a new covering, but has not been cut to add a new radio etc. Tach and Speedo work but bounce around a bit and could be refurbished. Original clock that does not work. No radio. A few pieces of the trim have dents that would need refurbishment. I have all of the original AC components that are not currently in the vehicle. They will be included in the sale.
