They add roll over stability on slopes and hills, and less rutting in mud. Have owned for 25 years, I do think the miles listed is likely correct as I bought it from a golf course. Vehicle does wander some at higher speeds on road, and wipers don't work. May have minor amount of additional miles (less than 100) when sold. NO RESERVE.
