1941 Willys Coupe Presented By: GARRETT CLASSICSclassic and collector car sales and consignment1865 McGee Lane, Ste FLewisville, TX 75077Call Dave at 214-213-7072 or Maris at 214-616-2317 You may remember this great Willys from our web site and eBay in the past. It was priced higher and did not sel, so the owner took it back to his collection. We had so many calls on it, he decided to bring it back. No miles were put on the car and it still shows only 1520 on the odometer, which is actual mileage since the build. Enjoy the short video clip of this 1941 Willys here. just click on the above sentence to view the video Features Include: 454 Big Block bored to 468 ciComp Heads and Comp Cam"Blower Shop" Built- 871 Blower and Brackets700R4 TransmissionCustom Willys Valve Covers3:89 Ford Positraction RearRack and Pinion SteeringOutlaw Body andChassisFull Leather InteriorStainless Fuel and Brake LinesDisc Brakes - Front Drums RearRon Francis WiringVintage Air A/CWalker Aluminum RadiatorPower WindowsDoor Poppers The real steel Willys are selling for six figures in some cases. These glass bodies look just as nice for a fraction of the price. The Outlaw Body has become one of the most popular 439 reproductions. This is a fine example. The Dolphin gauges are all functional. The Vintage Air was not blowing real cold and not coming through the vents. That has been all taken care of and is now working very well and blowing very cold. The matching leather covered Budnik Steering column has a tilt feature. The blue interior goes really well with the silver body and blue pin striping. In person, it is not as purple looking as in the photos. There is a battery shut off behind the driver's seat. There is also a fuel pump switch and a truck release button. The trunkcan also be opened from the key fob. Notice the 2 Holley Performance Carburetors which help pump plenty of fuel through this big block. The engine compartment is awesome. Everything is Billett or polished to bring it to show quality. This car runs as good as it looks. This car is awesome. If you have never had a car with a blown 454 bored to 468, you may be quite shocked at the power of this car. The trunk is tastefully done to match the interior and there is a hidden panel that hides the gas fill. The car came from Nevada when our current owner purchased it. It was last registered in Nevada in Feb, of 2104. It is currently registered in Texas and is actually street legal here. The plates just haven't been put on the car. You can see the workmanship in this frame and undercarriage. Outlaw builds a great chassis. The Willys sounds incredible. The exhaust is all stainless and installed very well. Be sure to watch the video. There is a Miloden street or strip oil pan. The flames are actually hand painted pin stripes and not decals. Weld wheels finish off the great look of this Willys. There are a few little stone chips on the rear fenders. The rest of the paint is great. The car is titled as a 1941. If you are in our neighborhood, please be sure to stop at McGee's Country Store. Family owned since 1976, they have great food. Their fried pies are to die for. If at all possible, you need to come see this car in person and just hear it and drive it. You will be hooked.
