Description

I have been working on this jeep for around a year now and finally think it is ready to be put on the road but, have decided to sell it to pursue other projects. Jeep now runs, drives, shifts through all the gears and stops as it should.

The jeep is equipped with an AMC 304 backed with a 4 speed and an overdrive unit. Some of the work I have completed is I Rebuilt the carburetor, had the radiator redone, had the front springs rebuilt, new brake lines, front disc brake conversion with herm the overdrive guy dual master cylinder kit, rebuilt the steering gear, installed an HEI distributor, installed like new 35 inch BFG M/T , rebuilt the drag link, and replaced the fuel pump.

Overall the jeep is relatively good condition for being over 60 years old but, please keep in mind that it is unrestored so please keep your expectations realistic. I can assist with loading but it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping. Please contact me for more pictures or information or call AL at 716-512-5518.

The rust shown in the pictures is on the rear fenders and on the rear of the body. The frame is very solid on the Jeep.

Jeep ws shipped here from California and has California tags. Also the paint has a nice patina hue to it. Paint may be original but I am not sure. Has the split rear hatch window. Again, the frame and body are pretty solid for a vehicle this age and as far as I know, this Jeep has never seen a harsh winter. The rust appears to be confined to the rear quarters and where the running boards attach to the rear of the body. If you have any doubts, feel free to come and look at it and take it for a drive.

Also forgot to mention that the jeep still has the 2 speed transfer case and with the overdrive and the 4 speed transmission, it has 12 forward speeds and 3 reverse.
