We recently purchased this Electra from the previous California owner and as you can tell in the pictures and video it was his pride and joy for sure !! It still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - Buick cowl mounted data plate - FACTORY ORIGINAL - cowl mounted Buick VIN tag and it's - FACTORY ORIGINAL - trunk lid mounted jacking instruction sticker, all of which are shown in several pictures. This is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - California - Idaho - High Mountain Desert western car and it shows !! I drove this car for the last several weeks as my daily driver and I assure you it runs and drives VERY WELL !! It is a sweet driver in town and cruises down the freeway easily and smoothly. The motor also sports the ORIGINAL intake manifold, ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds, ORIGINAL valve covers, ORIGINAL Rochester carburetor and the ORIGINAL "Wildcat" scripted air cleaner housing, etc... . Sounds GREAT too with the factory style true dual exhaust system with dual chrome tips. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH - Three speed - "Super Turbine" - TH-400 - automatic transmission that also functions very well. The BEAUTIFUL !! - NEW - Code "860" - Carmine Red Electra 225 interior is in VERY NICE condition including a VERY NICE NEW Carmine Red Vinyl front seat, NICE Red carpeting, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Electra 225 steering wheel, VERY NICE Matching Crimson Red Vinyl door panels, VERY NICE NEW Carmine Red Vinyl rear seat, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Factory Gauge clusters, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Carmine Red Vinyl sun visors and a VERY NICE ORIGINAL Carmine Red Vinyl dash pad with NO CRACKS !! The NEARLY NEW White convertible top is also in VERY NICE condition and includes a NEW Dark Carmine Red Vinyl boot cover. All of the black rubber weatherstripping is still soft, supple and in NEW condition. The CLEAN - SOLID trunk also sports the ORIGINAL gray trunk liner. All of the ORIGINAL light lenses and reflectors are also clear, bright and BEAUTIFUL !!
