Description

68 Camaro fresh out of 28 years dry storage.
fairly decent car, has rust in drivers rear floorboard, other floors had been done at some point. Bottom of windshield Channel also had some patching done years ago, firewall is solid top to bottom and original. No repairs.
There is surface rust, but the roof is solid and straight, and car is pretty solid around windshield and rear window. Couple pinholes can be seen, I'm sure there will be something hiding once rear glass is popped out, but minimal and far better than most you'll see.. Rear panel between glass and trunk also solid and original. Car only appears to have had floors don, all other metal aside of fender appears original. Radiator support has rust in i, will need to be replaced in my opinion .
Rockers have rust, one side cut off over 20 yrs ago, 20+yr old replacements included.
Solid Original chevrolet SS hoo, solid trunk lid and front fender, RF is new AMD fende, Some rust in lower doors and lower rear quarters. Pretty solid in trunk, few pin holes, solid rear filler and trunk flange area and hinge area. Car still has original panels exept floor as stated and LR quarter panel. Original was removed long ago, vintage replacement is just hung, needs to be welded on. All Glass is present except for windshield.. Bodywork/primer seen is probably 25 years old .
4-speed car
12 bolt multi leaf car
Tilt four speed steering column .
15" rally wheels.
Has original seats, door panels, ETC.
Dash is complete and intact. the blue paint shown is the original color, Originally Reatta blue with parchment interior and black vinyl top.
No motor or transmission, matching motor long gone, have big or small block engines and a couple 4-speeds available to winning bidder at an additional and reasonable cost.
. the car has no title, Bill of sale only. Car has been parked for so long it was lost.. I am a MA Licenced dealer, can write a professional bill of sale, however if I wanted to jump through the hoops of getting a title I would ask more for the car. I will include bill of sale, the rest is on you. Vin and trim tags are there. I assure the car to have clean and clear numbers per my research. This car was bough by me from the original owner. I have a bill of sale and info for them to be provided to buyer only.
$6500 is the pric, feel free to make an offer but please keep in mind I do not need to sell the car I own a small hot rod shop and it will get built if it sits around long enough .. these cars are getting real hard to find for decent money and the China junk dynacorn bodies are 14,500.- with no numbers...
This car could realistically be slammed together in a weekend with a few buddies and be smashing tires of of it .. It is not breaking in half like half the other bones out there. What you are seeing is what it's looked like for a quarter of a century.. No BS rattle can nightmares hiding.. Aside of rally wheels and fender it is as found..If you are interested in having the car buil, please contact me. I am not an $80,000 or TV show kind of restoration shop I am a one-man band and the car can be built at a reasonable price especially if your expectations are reasonable this car is a pretty good starting point in my opinion if there are any other pictures that you need please let me knowFor the business end of things I require a $500 nonrefundable deposit within 24 hours through PayPal so if you're worried about it you will be protected I just want to weed out the buyers that are not serious I buy and sell a lot of cars I have a large lot to help see the car off safely with the shipping company of your choice I have a few recommendations but shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
